Located in Romsey, Hampshire, this 2,967m² facility demanded precise execution to adhere to budget and tight deadlines. Designed by John Berry Associates, the project was successfully completed in December 2022, cementing MGT’s reputation for delivering excellence on demanding builds.
Challenges and Objectives
Extensive Trenching: Over 1,000 meters of trenching posed significant logistical and technical challenges.

Scope of Work
